Your relationship with Koru Vets begins when you first bring home your new pet.

A detailed checkup will identify any problems, and we recommend you do this as soon as possible after picking your pet up from the shelter or breeder.

We provide detailed wellness plans, starting with vaccination, worming and parasite control programs, microchipping, help with training and nutrition advice.

Spaying and neutering are generally done by the time your pet is 6 months old.

We can advise on dental care and believe that maintaining a healthy mouth is extremely important for the wellbeing of your pet. Our staff can advise you on all aspects of your pet’s care throughout the different life stages, and we recommend regular visits to the vet (at least annually) to make sure things are running smoothly.

Koru Vets stocks an excellent range of premium pet foods designed to fit each life stage from puppy and kitten foods, through to senior foods. Alongside this, we also have a complete range of foods formulated to manage specific disease conditions (eg foods for kidney failure, diabetes, skin allergies and urinary tract problems).

Our in-house laboratory can run routine blood checks for early detection of disease, results are generally available within 15 minutes (while you wait).

Koru Vets is proud of our service to you and genuinely cares for your pet’s wellbeing.
